Scarlet Tanager

We spotted this scarlet tanager in a hickory tree in the front yard. At a distance, it’s difficult to get a good picture of a bird with a point-and-shoot camera. There are some inexpensive binocular cameras available. Does anyone have any recommendations/reviews of binocular cameras?
