Here at Old Dominion Wildlife Headquarters, we received less than four inches of rain and only a quarter inch of frozen precip mix (sleet/snow) that accumulated on the deck. Winds were howling but no damage resulted and thankfully the rains were spread out over a long enough period to spare us from flooding. We lost power from approximately 1:00a to 4:00p today.
