I did not need my Scats and Tracks field guide to identify these squirrel tracks because I witnessed the squirrel lay them down. When bounding, the eastern grey squirrel can place it’s hind prints on it’s front prints leaving tracks like those seen here.

Friday, December 14th, 2007Today I downloaded the first batch of pictures from my new motion sensor camera. Here’s a picture of a gray squirrel; I did not get as many good photos as I was hoping for so I’m moving the camera to a new location. Stay tuned.
