Golden Alexander

Last month, I spotted these small yellow flowers on a jog along a gravel road. Since I’m not in shape, I like to stop and take pictures.
Anyway, I wasn’t sure if they were golden alexanders or wild parsnip, but a couple folks at the gardenweb forums said golden alexander. As always, if you have another opinion, let me know in the comments (or email me– address is on the “about” page).
