My wife and I hiked the Harris Hollow Trail in Shenandoah National Park on Friday. The bright fall color of this maple tree stood out along the trail.

We’re starting to see some fall color here; Virginia Creeper has some of the earliest leaves to turn. Virginia Creeper is a vine with clusters of five leaves which turn red in the fall.
