Note that my trailcam has a visible flash that bleaches out nighttime shots. My online friend and neighbor Eric, who submitted this nice bear image, has a trailcam with an infrared flash. The next time I order a trailcam, I’m going to go the infrared flash route, like this one available from Amazon.com:
